they make wonderful key ingredients in some new creations or simply add them to an old favorite.

Righteous Dip - A favorite at tastings!
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese 1/3 cup of Righteous Relish
1/3 of 3 oz pkg chipped beef (minced) 3T pickle juice
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and stir in the pickle juice. Add chopped pickles and chipped beef. Stir until well blended. Serve w/chips, pretzels or crackers.
Angelic Dip
1- 8oz pkg cream cheese 1/3 jar Almost Angelic Pickles (chopped)
3T horseradish 3T pickle juice
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and stir in the pickle juice. Add chopped pickles and horseradish. Stir until well blended. Serve w/chips, pretzels or crackers.
Heaven on a Stick
Chipped beef Righteous Pickles (or Angelic) Cream cheese
Super Simple Directions
Halve the pickles. Put piece of chipped beef on top, then small chunk of cream cheese, fasten all together with toothpick. These will disappear from the tray fast!
Popping Pasta Salad
1 box penne pasta 1/2 jar Righteous Pickles (or Angelic)
4 oz cheddar Cheese (cubed) 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Cook penne pasta according to box. Drain. Run cold water to stop cooking.
Add pickles, cheese and mayo and stir.
(add pickle juice to mayo to desired consistency and heat).
This will be your most requested party dish!
Pickle'd Tuna Salad
2-cans tuna (drained) 2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1/2 c mayonnaise 3T pickle juice
1/2 jar Righteous Pickles (or Angelic) - chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Add mayonnaise and pickle juice to your taste.
